Design assets for a local music fest hosted by The Barn, an Urbana-based DIY venue

The Barn was a DIY music venue in Urbana, Illinois established in 2023, and is currently a production group based in Chicago. On March 22 and 23, 2024, The Barn hosted a two-night event, Barn Fest, featuring local bands. A member of The Barn approached me to create a poster for this fest, as well as a sticker design and lineup schedule.

I wanted to make a surreal, natural landscape to celebrate the magic of the music scene in Central Illinois. The house featured in the illustration is based on the real house where The Barn held their shows, making the scene even more personalized and special.
